How to Acknowledge an Open Incident in Netreo

Navigate to the Incident Dashboard (Quick Views > Active Incidents) and click on the title of an incident to open it in the Incident View dashboard.

  1. Click the Acknowledge button in the “Incident Status” panel.
  2. The incident acknowledge dialog appears. If desired, enter an explanation for why the incident is being acknowledged (ex. “Steve S. is working on the problem.”).
  3. Click the OK button to acknowledge the incident.
  4. A message that the incident has been acknowledged appears at the top of the Incident View dashboard and the icon in the “Incident Status” panel changes to acknowledged.

This particular issue will now appear as acknowledged in all Netreo dashboards.

If you would like to de-acknowledge the incident: Simply click the DE-ACKNOWLEDGE button and (if desired) enter an explanation of the de-acknowledgement.
